Here are the results from our 5th Annual Delaware Charity Challenge 5K & Adventure Challenge Relay, which was held at Lums Pond State Park on Saturday, May 4, 2019. Runners from Team Faithful Friends won both the Men’s and Women’s competitive divisions in the 5K, winning money for Faithful Friends Animal Society in the process. Seven teams competed in the Adventure Challenge Relay this year, which was won by Team Green Beret Team 2 (who won money for Green Beret Project) and Five Rivers Fitness finished second (winning money for Junior League of Wilmington). Thank you again to all of our volunteers, competitors, and of course the teams who raised more than $21,000 this spring for their favorite nonprofits in our Spring in the Race to Raise fundraising competition.
