The Delaware Charity Challenge is a unique fundraising and athletic competition designed to give organizations, families, and individuals a fun way to raise money and awareness for their favorite causes. Teams that enter may designate any charity they want as a beneficiary of funds they raise as a team. Part of the proceeds from the race registrations and the race sponsorships will go into a prize pool that will be distributed among the charities that raise the most money and to the charities of the teams that win the individual race events on the day of the Delaware Charity Challenge.

The Delaware Charity Challenge is a unique fundraising and athletic competition designed to give organizations, families, and individuals a fun way to raise money and awareness for their favorite causes.

UNIGLOBE of Wilmington, Delaware, which serves travelers throughout Delaware and Southeastern Pennsylvania, will award a pair (2) of travel certificates to the team that raises the most money through their Delaware Charity Challenge team fundraising page from November 1 through November 30 in the Winter Race to Raise competition. For the winning team, these certificates are for travel on American Airlines to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, Caribbean, Bermuda, Canada, and Mexico. Travel must be completed by November 25, 2017. The certificates do not include certain taxes and fees that will need to be paid upon use. Flights/seat bookings are based on availability at time of request for allotment to any particular destination. There is no cash value for any unused certificates. UNIGLOBE will work with the team captain to ensure the certificates get used. To qualify for this prize, teams must raise a minimum of $500 over the course of November. The UNIGlobe prize will be awarded in addition to any other prizes that are also awarded as well as any cash prizes the teams may win from the Delaware Charity Challenge prize pool.

"We appreciate UNIGLOBE and the great prize it is awarding, which will provide some extra motivation and incentive for our teams to raise money for their favorite cause," says Charlie Vincent, president of Innovincent LLC, the presenting sponsor and organizer of the Delaware Charity Challenge. Mark Rachko, President of UNIGLOBE, agrees. "We are glad to offer these travel certificates and hope they will help teams raise money and awareness for the different nonprofits they are supporting in the Delaware Charity Challenge competition."

Registration is open for the 2nd Annual Delaware Charity Challenge Winter Indoor Triathlon, which takes place at the Chase Center on the Riverfront on Saturday, January 7, 2017.
